Linda Lenore is a leading international authority on Feng Shui, the ancient art of how the environment shapes our lives, and is one of the few non-Asian Certified Feng Shui Masters in the United States.
Renowned for her expertise in creating corporate and home environments that both stimulate success and soothe the soul, Linda has appeared on every major television station in North America, was interviewed for a documentary on Feng Shui in Europe, and is a frequent guest on radio talk shows across the nation. She is the only “Vital Office” / “Vital Home” Certified Consultant in North America.
Feng Shui Master, Interior & Exterior Design Background
Introduced to Feng Shui 20 years ago, Linda has traveled around the world to study with 18 Feng Shui Masters, becoming a master herself in a ceremony performed in the Canary Islands.
With over 30 years in the design industry, a background in construction and architecture, and a lifetime love of gardening, Linda’s talents and experience have helped thousands of individuals and businesses achieve their desired goals.
Business Woman & Accomplished Networker
Linda has started several successful businesses and been a mentor for many others, especially women-owned businesses. As an Area and Regional Consultant with one of the largest international networking organizations, she’s helped hundreds of individuals form networking groups to help them build their businesses through referrals.
Linda is a skilled networker and reliable resource, teaching others how to increase their business — and knowledge — using this powerful tool.
Author, Writer & Explorer of Knowledge
Wanting to bring her message of health and wholeness to more people, Linda wrote the bestselling book, The Gift of the Red Envelope (now in its fourth printing), and contributed her wealth of knowledge to numerous other books on Feng Shui. Linda is also a noted columnist with more than 100 articles to her credit.
Unlike most other Feng Shui experts who derive their learning from a single master, Linda has studied with 18 masters from a dozen different schools throughout the world, and applies the breadth of that knowledge to the benefit of her clients and students.
Linda has learned the art of developing home and the human potential through education and life experiences. She has experienced life-threatening and disabling illnesses, the deaths of her mother and son within six months of each other, and the divorce of a 23-year marriage.
Her journey has led her to a deeper knowing of the importance and power of space, especially the metaphorical and symbolic qualities of humanness which our homes generate with their beauty and sacredness.
Linda Lenore is the founder of A Beautiful Center of Light, an educational and research organization. She travels internationally teaching continuing education classes on Feng Shui, and creating sacred spaces for the design community through the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and at colleges and universities. Through these evocatively titled workshops, she creates Harmonious Homes; Balance, Order, and Beauty; and Simply Sacred Spaces.
Linda was the featured presenter at over two dozen Home and Garden Shows throughout North America, and for “Environments Inside Out” in Vancouver, BC. She was the first presenter on the topic of Feng Shui to:
- the Washington, DC Chapter of the International Building Association (IBA) and the American Institute of Architects (AIA), drawing the largest meeting attendance to that date
- the National Conference of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID)
- the National Conference for the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO)
- A Woman’s Day, sponsored by The Sacramento Bee
Linda has been Guest Lecturer at Sacramento State College, San Francisco State College, San Jose State College, Santa Clara University, Stanford University and Medical Center, the University of California system (for Berkeley, San Francisco, & Santa Cruz), and the University of Kansas.
She has also worked with over three dozen medical/healthcare facilities to incorporate Feng Shui principles into their designs. She was the guest Presenter at the World Healing Summit & Esalen Indian Tribal Peace Summit, and the first Presenter at the eWomen Network San Jose/Silicon Valley Chapter.
Linda is a nine-year presenter at the ASID Career Day/San Francisco. She is a six year presenter at the A Woman’s Day Conference as presented by The Sacramento Bee, and has had standing-room only for two of her sessions in the last four years. She is a five year presenter at NAPO’s (National Association of Professional Organizers) National Conference, and a three year presenter for ASID (American Society of Interior Designers) National Conference.
Linda has produced two videos: “An Awareness of Space” and “Nurturing the Soul,” and is a contributing author on the book Organizing Options & Gifts That Heal. Her commercial design was also featured on national television during one of the Super Bowls.
She is also the founder of the Spiritual Networking Women’s Group, which started in 1995 and is still meeting, and is a Certified ASID Educator in Feng Shui.
